There are some that may question the benefits of this type of simplification. Perhaps even call it ‘oversimplification’ of the complexities of life.
That’s the purpose, to be a simplification.
A template, a clean field, an empty garden. Once we’re able to recognize the basic mental field without our personal additions, we’re better able to decide what we wish to stay in our lives and what we wish to go.
Our eyes are opened to what’s ours to carry and what we must allow someone else to carry.
It also promotes empathy and the empaths’ ability to conduct their energy with purpose.
By understanding our own mentality, we can separate what’s directed at us from just what’s happening around us.
Understanding the InnerGees of our Minds is an important first step.
