A template, a clean field, an empty garden. Once weโre able to recognize the basic mental field without our personal additions, weโre able to decide what we wish to stay in our lives and what we wish to go.
Our eyes are opened to whatโs ours to carry and what we must allow someone else to carry.
It also promotes empathy and the empathsโ ability to conduct their energy toward upward. By understanding our own mentality, we can separate whatโs directed at us from just whatโs happening around us.
